I am actually sitting here in Charlotte, in my room typing this. I didn't feel like going out at all. I have been eating and watching TV because of the "Burn Notice" marathon on right now. I wanted to go and post a little something before the new year kicks in about 10 mins. It's going to be some jacked up writing, so bare with me. Hell, if you don't know by now..it's been jacked up for a long time.
This past year was a rough one for me. From the second day of the new year, I had alot of things happen to me in my personal life. In December of 2008, I was so optimistic of what the new year would bring. I will not go through all the things I was looking forward to. I did make it another year, I guess that is a positive thing indeed. The hardest thing was, I had to bury two really close loved ones this year. I will not go through who they were,
they both meant and still mean alot to me...
and I miss them both very much I can't even explain. I am still in a lot of pain, I can feel it. I see myself turning cold in certain ways.
I will work it out in due time..in my own time.
I know now, I will stop at nothing to do everything in my power in achieving my goals. I like everyone else, are making changes in my life. The first thing, I needed to get rid of negative people and habits in my life. It had to be done for my sanity and my sanity alone. People come into your life for a reason, and not necessarily do they stay there either. I'm really talking about people, that are on a friend or acquaintance level. There was at least 5 folks I can give a fuck about anymore. I'm tired of shiftee folks, just stay the fuck away from me straight up. The bad habits (laughs) where do I start, I won't get into those details either. I will just say I will continue to be the best I can as a Son, Friend, and a Man. I am going through traveling back and forth from Charlotte to Maryland every few weeks. It is tough, but I have business to take care of. I am still optimistic of the future of 2010 and what it has in store for me. I am going all out this coming year, because time waits for no one. I have seen it first hand, and my eyes have been opened.
So, to all my family, loved ones, true friends, and my true crew members. I want all of you to get closer and achieving your goals and dreams this year. Hopefully the closer I can get, I can help those people that have my back to help them too. I want everyone to have a safe a great new year, do work in 2010..because I am.
