On Saturday Febuary 13th, 2010 to celebrate the life of brilliant
hip hop producer and rapper James "J Dilla" Yancey,
Stussy is releasing a limited edition tee shirt produced in
conjunction with Stones Throw and the Dilla Estate.
I wanted to make sure all of them were out before I posted.

SpreadLove's "Felabration" w/ Roy Ayers & Rich Medina
Well, Steve and I were back in Atlanta for a day run for DJ Kemit's
SpreadLove's October Event.
This was a celebration of Fela Kuti the "Godfather Of Afrobeat". With DJ KEMIT, RICH MEDINA, DJ AUSAR, MAUSIKI SCALES & COMMON GROUND COLLECTIVE, and the "James Brown" of jazz music..ROY AYERS.
Oh it's was about to be one of those nights. I am just going to say, when we walked in the door guys and girls were getting their faces painted. Africa face paint to get into the mood and the celebration of the nights event to represent Fela. I just have to say that would never get done in Charlotte. Well, maybe a few ladies that I know. Not on scale I had seen that night..at all. Mausiki and the Common Ground most def set the tone for the night. Outstanding performance all night from them..they were on the stage majority of the night. Roy Ayers got on stage and killed it!
I mean what else is there to say. I hate that a few folks in the crew wasn't able to get some of it. Hopefully next time we can make it happen. Rich Medina..whew!!
I have no idea what was going on..but he was straight trippin'. Every song he played was a banger. People did not get off the dance floor until DJ Kemit said last song.
It's was the most insane energy and fun I've had in a few. It was awesome.

OBFCL II

I don't care about the other albums coming out this month,
That album was INSANE.
It most likely won't compare to the first.
It shouldn't be compared anyways.
I can't wait to buy it.

BITING MEANS NOTHING..I GUESS
Aint this a bitch.

D.M.N. was my tag back in High School you biters.
Flattery naw, I mean seriously???
The story comes from me and a friend was about to jump a fence with a "Danger" sign on it.
This was in the early 90's, so can understand how long ago this was.
My friend says,"The sign says DANGER, but I'm going to get my name up regardless."
I say to him,"let's do it, that DANGER signs MEANS NOTHING to us."
We proceeded in got up that night. And that's it. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or not.
I don't think so. Don't care if your overseas in Collette.
Plus I've blogging under this name since Dec 07'..hmmm.
I think the shit is wack and that's it. KILL YOURSELF.
My first banner for the blog in DEC 07'
Which is World Industries Pro Skater Ron Chatman,
I picked out and KhanOne added the letters.

I used the picture from Hero and KhanOne added the same letters.

Thanks.
