Ride

The weather has been kinda crappy the last couple of days.
So today, a little bit of sun came out.
So I skated from my house to Black Sheep.
If anybody know where I stay it a good little ride.
It's like 4.2 miles..
It took me like an hour and some change.
It was kinda fun..on the way back thou..
Light Rail from Camden then the bus to the crib.

F*ck The Rain

I am going to let you in a weird fact about me.
I really have a thing for umbrellas..really.
I liked them growing up as a "army-brat" in Germany back in days.
I mean it didn't rain like the Pacific Northwest or anything like that.
I don't know..don't judge me shit.
Anyways, I think this one is dope as hell.
It will most likely will offend the fuck outta somebody.
PLus, I'm still living in the bible belt too..
Oh, I can't wait to get one.
Since I couldn't get my hands on a Mike23 one.

I wrote an entry in the past on DMN about my inspiration behind
getting on Track Bikes.one word..Massan.
I guess I went overboard because he had risers,
I got risers..when everybody else had drop bars.
He had a blue bike..mine was blue too.
He likes GangStarr..and you already know that answer.
I was just inspired to ride fast..
blast through traffic and see the city in a different way.
Skating through the city is fun too..but I don't know
anybody in Charlotte down to skate through the city..
over 26 years old.

For the Draft, Rex created an original piece
using the El Dia de Los Muertos theme
that he often works into his tattoo designs.

#583 of The Amazing Spider-Man with Barack Obama,
the 44th President of United States
Spider-Man will have to stop Chameleon, during a factious January 20th for the upcoming inauguration of Barack Obama.
Spider-Man Issue #583 goes on sale across
the U.S. this coming Wednesday, January 14th.
The idea came Obama saying he was a
fan of Spider-Man comics back in the days.

Slang Editorial

It was brought to my attention in the past about my grammar,
misspelled words, run-on sentences, etc etc on DMN.
Some of my friends, readers, and critics that have read my blog
have pointed this out to me recently.
I have been told that the way I write,
comes off as if you are talking directly to me.
You know "Slanguage"
I'm not sure if that means,
I speak in broken language, bad grammar, and run-on sentences.
(On DMN)
When I was in school, English was one of my best and favorite classes.
I am not sure what happened with my verbal skills over time,
but they have kind of fallen off...heavy.
I have a good friend who is the editor of Creative Loafing in Charlotte.
I am slacking on taking his writing class, but I will take it soon.
I believe the blog is a extension of myself,
From the name all the way down to the punctuations.
My likes, dislikes, and concerns on anything that comes to mind.
When an idea comes in mind to blog about it, my mind is racing fast.
Sometimes, it comes out a little hectic and out of wack.
So, I could be apologizing for destroying a paragraph on the regular.
Hopefully, you can still follow me and understand what I'm trying to say.
Again, it's not The New York Times..
Just rants from MYK..

FREE MY MIND

This past week has been rough for me.
